Back to school!
Jay was manning the fort last week while I went back to school. But this was no ordinary school, this was Julia Boggio High for photographers – where cupcakes and inspiration are served in equal measures.
Julia Boggio and her husband, James Derbyshire run one of the UK’s top photography studios. They are also a little bit famous. It was their Dirty Dancing-inspired first dance that took You Tube by storm and Julia even danced with Patrick Swayze on Oprah.
It was fantastic getting to know my lovely classmates, along with Julia, James & their fab team at the studio, and I have come away with lots of exciting new ideas.
While I was there I also had the opportunity to photograph – and be photographed by – the incredibly talented London-based photographer Lucy Williams. It was really good fun being on the other side of the lens for a change and I can’t wait to see Lucy’s photos. In the meantime, here are three of my favourites of Lucy…
