We first discovered Loch Ard in the Trossachs a few years ago when we went in search of snowy scenes to photograph early one winter’s morning. It stole our hearts that day and we have loved returning to the area ever since. So we were incredibly excited when Carmel & Robin got in touch to tell us all about their plans.

Their wedding was a relaxed, laughter-filled affair, with a very special VIP guest playing a starring role in the ceremony. From the super pretty flowers to the hot pink wellies (I am so lusting after a pair of those now!) to the bouncy castle, it was a day packed with colour and fun. And is that beach not just one of the most beautiful places to start your new adventure as husband and wife?!

Carmel & Robin – What an incredible day! We hope the laughter continued long into the night and that the bouncy castle action didn’t get too messy…
